“I’m from the Bahamas and I have lived in South Florida for years. I now live in North Florida and haven’t had the same Jamaican food restaurant taste as I did in South Florida. Why the hell I just pulled up in Windsor Locks Connecticut and saw this place and thought to myself ‘Ain’t no way in the world this gonna be good.’ I was wrong. I got the curry goat and a beef patty. This place is it. 100%. And I never leave comments.“

“You can truly tell that the staff takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. No matter the time rush or not the host is always smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and I will continue coming back! The bench outside the fellas sitting there feels like at home. 100/10.“

“Ambiance: Nice clean kitchen and dine in area - counter ordering. Jamaican hospitality.
Food: fire! The jerk is outstanding. The patties just how I like them. Soft, a bit of a flake and full (!) of delicious beef. I chose spicy. The wings are huge and high quality.
Milton was so kind and asked what brought me in. We had a great conversation. Highly recommend.“
