Came from Springfield Massachusetts today and was craving this ice cream a lot, I already knew what I wanted and asked the lady if I can just take the ice cream real quick because I came from far and she just closed the door on our face and let two couple in. I explained to her that I came from far and the app said it closed at 11 and she said she didn’t care. Super bad service.

I was there last time and there were no issues, but before that, when we got ice cream the guy who took the medicine ney from is and other people got spoons, held them where the food goes with his very dirty hands and then put them in our ice cream cups filled with ice cream. It was disgusting, we had to throw away the ice cream we paid over $20.00. ice cream is ok, they make the money from toppings, th toppings are in the open and not hygienic at all.

It’s like your local Froyo world ! The best flavor in my opinion was the Nutella. They even have oatmilk based Froyo options. And they have this unique ‘Hazelnut Crunch’ topping it was phenomenal !!! Very popular spot it’s always packs in the summer.

DO NOT COME HERE! Place is so dirty and overpriced! I paid $11.36 for the small cup and the smallest amount of frozen yogurt I couldn’t even get toppings because the toppings bar was filthy. Not to mention a fight broke out in this store yesterday and it was a mess, I will never go here with my kids again.
I use to love coming here but the HS and college kids have ruined it for me. They need to hire more staff to watch whats going on by the ice cream and toppings. These disgusting young girls were licking the left over frozen yogurt that drips down and then licking their hands.. With those same hands they touched everything else. They were picking up toppings and eating them in line without paying. On top of that it reeked of weed in there. Overall just ruined my experience and after paying $10 for my cup i just left disgusted.. didn't want it anymore. Make sure you grab a wipe and use that to touch all the handles and scoopers for the toppings. Someone saliva will be on everything.
