We had a huge takeout order of sushi from Fin. It was really delicious! Spicy tuna roll, Spicy salmon roll, Crunchy samurai roll, Fin roll, Dragonfly roll, Summer dream roll, Red sun roll, Rainbow roll, Sashimi. Some places all the rolls seem to taste about the same. Not the case here which was great. Will do this again when in the mood!
My one and only choice for the best sushi in Fairfield. The most fresh,light,rich selections of sushi I ever had. Although the overall size of the indoor seating isn’t big, it is the coziest for friends and couples. Been a while since I dine in Fin, but I would definitely enjoy their rich menu in my next trip to the US.

Fin is a great local sushi restaurant, they’ve been here for many years, and always do a solid job. Yes, like you, I’ve traveled throughout Japan, NYC, LA and California …have I had better/fancier of course…. I still dream of Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo…nonetheless, Fin is my local choice for sushi and I have no shame. Enjoy ?
