Hands down the best bacon egg and cheese sandwich in Fairfield and probably Fairfield County. 2 fresh eggs, applewood smoked bacon and pepper jack cheese (plain if you prefer) on a Chavez bakery Portuguese roll, toasted and buttered. Bill's stainless steel food truck shines like a diamond at the bottom of Reef Rd.... a beacon of delicious, hand made burgers for anyone coming out of "the 'Grape" on a Friday or Saturday night!
First time there today. I had The Texas. Amazing!!!! Will definitely be back for more. Friendly owner and chef. A lot of flavor in the sauce they use. My son had the burger and I snuck a bite, delicious and juicy. A true gem of a food truck. A must try!

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always great and they keep the spot clean at all times. Prices are affordable and they serve generous portions.
