What else is there to say,Buds,IMO is probably the best deli in Fairfield,most of Eddies food is homemade and his sandwiches are overloaded with cold cuts.
Friendly service with great food. One of the best Bacon Egg and Cheeses around.

Bud’s Deli is the only true deli in Fairfield, offering reasonably priced lunch with quick, kind service. The owner is extremely friendly, greeting everyone with a smile while cooking. The food is always delicious, with incredible roast beef and solid sandwiches, especially the warm grinders. It is a small convenience store with no seating, only to go. The deli has solid people, and stepping inside feels like stepping back in time.
