Very sweet and cheery, I loved my breakfast sammy!

Every-time I call to make an order they either can’t hear me or they can’t make a sandwich because there Kitchen is closed. Smh.. disappointed.

On Saturday February 11th at 3:15 PM I purchased 4 rolls. They were hard as a rock and I threw them away. I will never visit Billy's Rock Emporium again.

The bakery had so many different options! I got 2 chocolate Croissants! They are huge! They tasted amazing!

I liked the scones. I liked raisin walnut bread. But I've eaten better scones and better bread at other places.But there's no character at the place, average cleanness and very expensive.

I usually like to support small bakeries, however, I was extremely disappointed after trying this place for the first time. I got a chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and a caramel brownie. Both were extremely stale and I was barely able to eat the chocolate cupcake, so I just threw it out. A waste of $7.

Good old fashioned bakery with really good butter croissants! Flaky, buttery, layered, a proper croissant. Not like Donut Inns laughablely dry hamburger roll masquerading as a croissant. The bagels, while not 100% authentic par baked are also very good.

Looked very good and clean. Service was very good. Everything is freshly baked and nice display of baked goods.

This place is filthy. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Please be aware of what you are purchasing from there. The way they store foods for customers consumption is crazy! I found hair on the foods in the back freezers. They do a terrible job at cleaning the place and the wife is SO DISRESPECTFUL. Next time you decide to go there , just look around and see. Check out the cases . If they do not clean out the display cases just imagine the back area that nobody can see except the workers!!! STAY WOKE GUYS!

We had to get a last minute Birthday cake and they handled it well, they spelt a pretty uncommon name right which meant they took notes and it tasted good. Maybe slightly less frosting but I know that’s an American thing. Customer service was great and cake was ready when we picked it up 30 minutes before agreed upon. Also bagels and croissants are good!

Horrible! We ordered 4 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes, while 3 teenage boys ordered sandwiches and got theirs in 5 minutes. Keep in mind that they STOPPED making our sandwiches to help those boys. We got inpatient and told them to hurry up and they said the sandwiches were ready. Keep in mind we ordered 4, they only have us 2, which were half finished. They also messed the order up the order and didn’t even try to make it nice. I won’t ever go to that store again and I hope that you will keep that in mind the next time you go.

very disappointed with the cake. paper thin chocolate frosting. i have had many cakes in my life and this was top three most disappointing.

Bought a cheesecake tonight and specifically asked when it was baked.The girl at the counter said yesterday which I was okay with. This was clearly stale and had been sitting there for quite some time. This used to be a great bakery back in the day. What happened

I ordered a cake for my husband birthday. The cake was hard. Tasted bad. Not fresh at all. Never going back to this place.

The croissants we had from Billy‘s were amazing!! When I’m down that way I’m definitely stopping in to pick up some more!!??
