So don’t go here if you’re gay. So, I just left this place and they really upset me and my partner. So we love this place and I’ve been there before about a month ago we were craving it as we worked hard at the library for five hours. we were sat isolated clearly and also we got these dumplings which were amazing…although when the bimbap came. the show was over-the minute we tasted it we grew nauseous.we are still in pain. they did give a PARTIAL refund-which doesn’t excuse the discrimination we experienced and will struggle to forget forever. god bless these people and i hope they find happiness some day soon. Clearly unhappy people (they were also definitely Under the influence and were staring into space) one of the ladies also stared at us and deprived us from cutlery privileges. god bless everyone. #fairfieldmoms #keepourkidssafe

they hatecrimed me and my girlfriend. we came happily and have had very good experiences in the past. we were craving it like crazy and love their food. but we were discriminated against for being gay and hispanic which was very disappointing and sad. this is not a safe space.

Bonchon restraunts are good, but this one particularly stood out due to the service and interior and the food. The restraunt was very clean, the service was really good, and the food tasted amazing. I first got here and was immediately greeted by the friendly server who got me a seat and then took my order and less then 10 minutes later my food was here and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

An embarrassment to the Bonchon franchise! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of their signature fried chicken in the Fairfield location. I have been to dozens of Bonchon locations and this is the only location that pre-cooks their chicken in advance and will not fry it fresh! The texture is very very different than other locations. Would not recommend coming here.

If you are going to go eat in person it’s great! The portion sizes are good and the food is delicious. If you order take out id stray away, they give you smaller portions then in person for the same price and the food taste awful.
$35 for some tenders and fried rice and it tasted like trash

I went here yesterday ordering wings, drumsticks, and sides. The drumsticks were slightly overcooked and many of the wings were very overcooked. The sides were consistent with other Bonchon sides I have had. Compared to Bonchon locations I have been to in other states, this location (albeit based on a single visit) overall seems to be one of the worse locations in terms of food.
The space itself is a narrowish rectangular space with seating outside (via rollup door). It is admittedly a tricky space to do anything with and nothing really was done with it. Service was fine. I may give this location one more shot to confirm that the food is consistently bad before scratching it off my rotation of food places.
