T-Swirl Crepe is everything I hoped it would be! It's a small shop with some seating. The kitchen is open concept so that you can see how they are making your items, whether it is a delightfully filled crepe or a bubble tea. It is extremely clean! I remember visiting a different T-Swirl Crepe location a few years back, so I was really excited to hear that they had opened a location in Fairfield! The space is really bright and inviting, and also exceptionally clean, even in the kitchen which you can see into very clearly. I’m very particular about my boba tea, and these passed the test! I got the Lychee romantic Crêpe and the jasmine milk tea boba. The lychee romantic I got with strawberry substitute instead of raspberry (allergic) and it was pretty good. I will say the strawberry's were definitely not in season. They were extremely bitter and sour. The jasmine milk tea was okay, the milk is powdered so it did give it an off taste.
