They do not close at 10pm. Just tried coming here at 9:30pm 1/31/26 and the lady working literally screamed at us when we walked in the door “I AM CLOSED. THAT’S WHY MY LIGHTS ARE OFF.” Mind you I’ve never been to this place — it’s obviously not completely dark in there since she’s still in there and the door isn’t even locked. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We visited the Fairfield, CT location today and were SUPER impressed with the staff and the cookies. There is no doubt, Chip City is hands down BETTER than Crumbl cookie!! This place is a great combination of friendly and helpful staff and outrageously excellent cookies. The staff was super patient and very helpful in explaining ALL of the options you offer. The store itself was really clean and was decorated in a very fun and tasteful manner.

My wife surprised me by celebrating my 23 year of sobriety and fight from drugs an addiction to be honest I really never ever thought I would get or make it this far but! She just kept telling me and praying for me and showed me that I am worth it and I just couldn’t give up on myself and her and for the few people who showed up I thank you from the very bottom of my heart and soul you really made my day and made me feel so much proud and blessed to have you as family members an to my Mother and my wife thank you oh so very very very much I love you both so very much and to thank you I’ll keep fighting and building together with my wonderful and beautiful wife a god I will never give up on myself and on my heart and soul Zarek Mena Flores because of you and your love for me I will keep fighting for our future and lives together no matter how difficult and hard it may get I will never let you and the rest of my family that I have and will continue to cherish each and every single moment and day with you all I love you and will never forget how special you make my life feel and I enjoy every single minute and day thank goodness for your love and support I will never forget that you never gave up on me myself and I GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!😍🥰😘😜☠️💋💋🦁 I love you all for the love and support………
