Completely Incompetent - we ordered dinner via the Chipotle app and was told it would arrive at 7:10. By 8:10, 90 min later there was no update so I called the store and was told by an employee "I don't know what you're talking about, we don't deliver." When I informed him that I had used the app for delivery before, he then put me on hold for 12 min. The store was completely dirty. Food was all over the floor and tables, tables not cleaned after costumers.
The rice was cold and tasteless, seemed like not even salt was added. When asked for extra beens we were told they couldn’t give us more more because they didn’t have any more.
