Good pizza! Uniquely thin sliced pizza originated in Connecticut. They have hot oil which they recommended so that’s what we got. It was delicious! Everything here is very simple. It is very refreshing. The service was great too. The price was also reasonable. We just got a cheese pizza with hot oil (it is spicy in the best way). Our friends ordered a sausage, onion, and olive pizza. 10/10 recommend!
I know I am late to the game but believe the hype it’s as good as advertised. Was dropping one of my kids off at school and it was a must according to the locals. The pizza is top 5 and I’m a Chicago pizza guy.

really good pizza. really good service. I am not from the area so I didn't know many of the local beers. the waitress asked me what styles I liked and brought me 2 samples to try.
only small negative is it is quite loud.

I kept getting suggestions to get the thin-crust pizza. The cheese was burnt and the crust was terrible. If you want a pizza with all the bad qualities, get one here.

My first time at Colony, but I'd heard about it for years. The pizza did not disappoint. Personally, I like a crust on pizza and they have their cheese go right to the edge, but honestly, that's my only complaint. It was a nice thin and crispy crust. Sauce and cheese balance was on point. And hot oil on everything is the way to go. We got double meatball and hot oil and that was amazing.
