they had 4 workers on yet only one actually doing anything. i ordered a bagel toasted and it took 12 minutes to come out because no one else was doing anything besides standing around. go a little further to a different one.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever!! I bough an avocado toast, I usually get a real sandwich, even with tomatoes and 2 slices of bread (like a normal sandwich) and I just god this 1 slice stuff for almost 7 bucks!?? I’d like my money back, this people should get sued for stealing everyone’s money like this.

It's night shift. Theere are maybe 2 orders on the screen. The employees (one guy and one girl) decide this is a good time to just stand there barely getting anything done and flirting with each other. I know fast food jobs can be hard. I worked in fast food for years. But honestly the poor management is the problem. Look at their completion times. If the employees don't work good and efficiently together than stop putting them together. It's not hard. Do better. Also the male employee needs to learn how to actually work and not just stand there talking to the girl and distracting her. This happened at about 9:30pm 8/12/2022.

The cashier, Maya, took my order wrong. She not only added an extra pumpkin medium cold brew coffee to my order, she also added an extra order of hashbrowns. And obviously I was charged. When i clarified with her after getting the order, I was confused and brought up the issue with her. I said I told her that I order THREE coffees; two cold brews and one pumpkin spice latte. And I explained it carefully so that its easy for her to put in. I repeatedly myself multiple times. To which she said "NO thats not what you said." And then she said "do you want us to take the coffee back? Because we don't do refunds." To which i said, "can I get some points maybe or some way to get the money back?" Because it was around $7-8 more than the order I had placed. To which she said "No, I don't know FIGURE IT OUT". She said that to me, and the barista/cashier who was left their standing. Then she left and went to the back somewhere. I, then asked for her name, to which i was pointedly told that her name was on the receipt. This is unacceptable behavior. She told me I lied flat out, for no reason. No deescalation or nothing. I will be posting this review onto other platforms and will take this issue up with corporate. It didn't just cost me $7-8, it humiliated me as well. It's not acceptable in this day and age to be this rude to a paying customer. Period.

It's. Dunkin Donuts for christsakes...its fine. Ifthey get your order right it's great , they dont it sucks.
