Came to JPs with a couple friends and it was fantastic! We showed up around 9:40, 20 minutes before close, yet all the staff were happy to give us a place to sit, eat, and enjoy a meal while being entertained by the friendly servers and kitchen staff. We were given some free leftover food at the end of the night, and Ozem, our server, was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful location, food was very good, service was terrible. Words like disengaged, disinterested, and inattentive come to mind. When we first sat down we waited so long for a server to bring us menus that my wife got up and got them herself. All of the staff seemed friendly and helpful once we got their attention, but you had to flag someone down to even get a coffee refill.
