Puerto Vallarta Fairfield is a modern Mexican restaurant with a beautiful and well-put-together interior. The food is excellent, with great flavors and amazing stunning quality, considered the best Mexican food in town by some. While the menu is heavily focused on shrimp dishes, the ribeye is also mentioned. Prices are on the higher side, but it’s worth it. The service is consistently phenomenal, with attentive, aware, and detail-oriented waiters who are kind and responsive, anticipating needs. The workers make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in, and the atmosphere is great. They have definitely upped their game, and this was an exceptional evening. The food was amazing, and the workers are very kind. The kitchen's attention to presentation is notable. This place is a fantastic hot spot, with service, food, and atmosphere well above expectations.
