This is the venti dark roast I got today at Starbucks 1740 Boston Post Rd Fairfield CT.
I can understand a ground or two but this absolutely unbelievable! Basically a cup full of grounds. This is not my regular Starbucks so I am not familiar with the baristas but seems like this could not happen unless on purpose. Lost one daily customer today, all they offered was $8 back on my rewards card. Bad business!
It's great every time I come here. Riley and Michelle are especially awesome, stellar service and awesome personalities. Hope to come by again!
The basic, everyday Starbucks and exactly what you would expect - friendly Baristas and very good coffee.

This busy Starbucks near Fairfield University has a light yellow building. The employees work quickly to handle many online orders. The downstairs seating area is pretty small, though there is additional seating upstairs. It can be a quiet space to work or study, but the furniture looks pretty worn. The coffee, like a vanilla iced coffee, is standard for the chain. Staff can be kind and lovely, making recommendations. However, a recent policy to serve drinks without ice only 3/4 full has frustrated some long-time customers who find it ridiculous given the prices.
