Great spot for Fairfield events. Wide choice of tapas or entrees, including paella for 1, 2, 3, or 4 diners. We've never seen an option for one diner, and will try that next time, along with some of the tapas we had this time.
As usual, the service was friendly and spot on, and the food quality was excellent. The paella was especially good and clearly not premade for reheating. Everything was fresh and delicious. The ambience was somewhat overly quiet because the restaurant had very few people last night. But always a pleasure to go back to
Our first visit to Tablao was a wonderful experience. The reserved table fulfilled my teservation requests: away from bar, kitchen or service station. The room is nicely arranged in rows of small tables, set apart a reasonable and comfortable distance. Our wait staff varied as the evening evilved, at one point including the owner in serving our meal.
