August means I go to Gutt family farm for the best, freshest corn. Have been going here for years & I always tell people about it. So now, I've decided to write a "formal" review. Supermarket corn is ok, however, driving up to the farm stand & seeing someone walking in from the field with a basket of just harvested corn is the best. They have 3 kinds: silver queen ( that's what I call it), all light kernels - very delicate; butter-sugar which is a mix of the yellow & light color...read full review
They have the best corn in the area. Vegetables of all kinds and they are always in perfect condition. They are very careful what they sell. I can't say enough good things about this farm stand. It would take too long. They are also very nice people.
