Dined in last night had wonderful service and food from our server Julia goes by “Juju”! We have been coming there for over 7 years and have never received better service she was funny, caring, and super personable! food was also incredible and extra tasty. Will definitely be coming back again even though Fridays can be a bit of a wait.. well worth it!

The food is just OK, not nearly as good as the one in West Hartford. Last night we ordered food at 4:20 and the confirmation email said to expect delivery in 60 minutes. At 5:35 I called and asked for a status update - the food had not even left the restaurant. I called again at 6:00 and it finally arrived a few minutes later, so we waited an additional 40 minutes on top of the hour we expected. If you are that busy then you should call and let customers know to expect to wait longer.

I always have a problem with requesting cultlery, plates, and parmesean cheese. So U don't even bother. The pizza is very good, but I ordered a medium cheese, and it cost roughly $20.00. I had it delivered, and the total including tip and tax was $25.76. I told them to make sure they have change for $100.00. I wasn't going to tip because, more than often, the driver knows the delivery cost is awful, they charge $ 5.00. I do not feel bad. The kid came in and said he only has $70.00. I said remember me next time so tipped him 5.00. In turn, he "dropped the money and he bounced ." He dropped the money and said," See ya!" He left me $60.00, and I called him immediately, but he avoided my calls. I called Luna's and was put on hold 2x's, and then the owner picked up. He said, "He told me he left me $70.00." He was questioning my integrity at this point, and I said that's fine have him bring me back my $100.00 and take the pizza back. He returned with my $10.00. I never tried to question kids, but this delivery person came across a bit entitled. Service sucked buy the food is always good. Basically, this experience is similar to the Sienfled episode 'the Soup Nazi, NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!' LOL. Too bad....they have good pizza.

Don't expect them to actually deliver any pizza. Instead, they have this great system where you call and place a delivery order, wait an hour and half, then you call them back. Thats when they tell you they forget to make your pizza.

Always fresh and seasoned spot on, crust has the perfect char to compliment the toppings. Pies always have the right amount of toppings to not overload the slice, new go to for a good pie

First time there, just a couple of apps that were delicious and my ? was also, we ate at the bar,my wife loved the elephant accent decor, we will return ?
Done! Neve again. I’ve given this place 3 chances and I’m done. While I appreciate the cashier who caught their mistake, for $60 this order should have been a lot better. Every time I place a takeout order, something goesWrong. The pizza isn’t that good and the guy cooking them, has been there each time the order has been wrong. He should get another job.

Luna Pizza is definitely living up to there expectations. I decided to try a different pizza place in the area and I can definitely say I will be back for more. The pizza was very well made, not too crispy and not too doughy. I also ordered some garlic bread with mozzarella, which was a bit more on the crunchy side, but still delicious nonetheless.

Tried to get a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza I come here all the time they have by the slice pizza it’s quick and decent pizza. I ordered a medium pizza spoke to this woman on the phone she was giving me an attitude the second I spoke to her on the phone her tone was not good. I picked up the pizza left and realized there was no blue cheese on the pizza called and she said there was blue cheese on the pizza her tone was extremely rude she said that it was the dark brown stuff this brown swirl on the pizza that didn’t look appetizing and said it is on the pizza in a tone where she was arguing with me. The pizza wasn’t good tasting and I didn’t taste the blue cheese at all. The brown swirl didn’t taste of blue cheese. We went back and forth a few times on the phone she was arguing with me in an argumentative tone she just kept saying yes there is loudly she didn’t apologize or offer a solution she said I could speak to the manager after saying yes there is like a ton of times. Like going back and forth with me. I came back to the store she already had me aggravated by arguing with me than she started giving me dirty looks rolling her eyes at me putting on lip gloss or something talking with a lisp like she’s a valley girl. The guy who works there stood up for the girl who was rude escalating the argument further than said I wasn’t being nice because I was stating how rude she was…he escalated the situation further. She did not apologize for doing the pizza incorrectly she didn’t even keep her tone average. After I said I want to speak to the owner he offered me the pizza for free I said I don’t want it and I didn’t take it. Let me tell you that the way a person says something the tone and the energy behind the tone is not something that I know that I got wrong. Im a very perceptive person who reads people very well so trying to tell me you don’t have an attitude with me is ridiculous she’s very smart to roll her eyes and use her tone to abuse people. The owner needs to know that the blond working on Wednesday 11th at 3:00 is extremely rude and so is the male manager she likes to stare people down giving them extremely dirty looks. I don’t know why she did not like me. They didn’t greet me like a returning customer maybe knowing my name smiling they looked at me like I’m the biggest weirdo making me feel weird. Let me add that there was one time I ordered on a previous occasion and I asked for a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza and I got like a completely different pizza it had no Buffalo sauce at all no ranch or blue cheese drizzle it tasted like chicken Parmesan pizza and when I called the male manager argued with me didn’t offer to remake it and hung up on me. I ate the pizza because it was still good and didn’t bring it back and kept bringing my business back even though he was extremely rude being nice to him because everyone has their bad days but I should get the pizza that I ordered and I paid for. I didn’t go back there because he was already yelling at me on the phone and I didn’t want to get worked up because they are very rude and offer no solution therefore you have to argue. I didn’t want to get myself upset. So I let it go but I paid like 23.00 for something I didn’t even order and I paid extra for the sauces and didn’t even get. I didn’t get a reimbursement or another pizza. The owner needs to know that the male manager will make an entirely different pizza and argue about it very rudely on some occasions and others he’s very nice. It is now the day after eating there and I’m deathly sick again severe asthma, stomach pain, headache and chest pain I would not trust these sinister people or their food. If you wanna dine in Karen’s diner, get sick, and get abused come here legit that’s how rude the customer service is. Now I know why that place is dead.
