I had a to go order placed - I am a regular customer. The order was a pizza, mozzarella sticks and a ceasar salad. Luna had me wait 15 minutes longer than they indicated and when I got home, there were two orders of mozzarella sticks and no salad. I called - no apology, and I asked them to take the mozzarella sticks and salad off my bill - manager came back and said no - they’d take the salad off.
