Salads and pizza were delicious (thin crust with the perfect balance of crunch and chewiness!) and Lila gave us the best customer service experience we've had in a long time in any restaurant. She was very attentive, kind, and when our order had to be fixed she was on it immediately. If you go to Square Peg in Glastonbury, ask for Lila!

Great service! We came out for the Hebron Ave fundraiser for the kids and had an amazing time. Our server, Alyssa, was on it the entire night — super attentive, and her smile made us feel right at home! Definitely check this place out, y’all. Our kids are already begging us to come back for dinner again tonight, lol

Such a great place! We got the elote corn nuggets as an appetizer that was paired with a dip, so flavorful and crispy. We go a flight of 3 small pizzas which was not only yummy but great price! The first pizza we got was a pepperoni, the middle was the honey pizza, and the last one was a mashed potato pizza. The pepperoni and honey pizza were cooked perfect, thin crust! The mashed potato was decent, the crust was a little mushy and the flavor wasn’t the best but overall everything else was great! Definitely recommend!

My wife ordered a pizza to go after her work party for myself and my son. This has to be one of the most under cooked and floppy pizza I have ever had, it’s not edible. The dough practically falls apart. It’s like chewing gum, that’s how soft the dough is. I will not be getting another pizza from this place again, it’s awful.

The happy hour pizza we had tonight was shockingly bad. Limp undercooked dough and barely melted cheese. Ordered another offering from the happy hour menu claiming to be bruschetta. This consisted of a sub par Italian grinder roll barely toasted and served lukewarm. Raw pale chopped tomatoes not oven roasted as menu described. Found one minuscule piece of basil. So disappointed. Amazed that they have such a following.

We have had food from the new location in Preston Connecticut three times now. They had only been two days, a few weeks, and now a few months when we are here. First impression was the cheese pizza had no taste but the deep dish pep was good. Second impression was similar. Now a few months into establishing, the cheese is delicious. Great sauce and cheese flavor and ratios. Crust is just right. We did have a few pieces of the Detroit/deep dish pep but not all of our deep dish tasted “Smokey.” The best way to explain it is like the smokiness of mezcal tequila. Most of the pep was charred so we suspect it was over cooked or was adjacent to something else in the oven that burnt. Overall, positive experience and in time, we think this restaurant will continue to strive and adjust recipes and cooking techniques to meet or exceed expectations.
They are famous for the puzza and yesss it's delish sooo yummy! BUT the WINGSS no no too dry and waay over cooked.

I just picked up a large cheese and a small pepperoni and it was 40 bucks and I’m extremely disappointed. I like brick oven but the crust was extremely dry. Hardly any cheese and it was only in middle.
This is my dinner

Food is good but takeout service is abysmal. Placed an online order early in the day to be ready at 4:45 for a Halloween party (because we knew it would be busy). I’m sitting here at 5:45 and it’s still not ready. Hordes of people waiting for orders and many are just canceling them at this point. No manager on site. Absolutely no way to run a business. Never again.
Update: I did, finally, receive my food at about 5:50pm. No apology, no offer of compensation, nothing. Was I leaning on the staff the whole time and did they think I was an a-hole? Probably. But I wasn't the only one and think I was completely justified.
The staff is so great Nicole the bartender and Andres the pizza cook is so good.

Don't do the gluten free crust. It was not good. Like other comments I think tonight was too busy or rushed.
