Enjoyable, excellent selection. Even for Greenwich, the prices are very high but you are getting premium products and assortment. Difficult parking (lines are just too tight and patrons just aren’t careful; I rarely feel safe walking thru the small lot)
I visited Greenwich from DC and ended up at Citarella twice. It's a gorgeous market with beautiful produce and absolutely delicious to-go options.
It's also the most overpriced grocery I've ever shopped at. For example, they carry my favorite cheese. At Citarella, it was $11 per pound more than I pay at my fancy DC cheese shop. Wild.
Also, only one gluten-free item in the bakery? That was sad.

Very clean, a trifle expensive. Their delicatessen and seafood could use more variety more options and rarities to make it similar and compete with stores like Erehwon. After all you're in Greenwich!
