For a small wf they do their best! They should look for a better location in Greenwich

The meat and fish counters are severely understaffed. Not necessarily the workers fault as they seem to be doing what they can. They're definitely not the fastest workers but would benefit to have 3 guys on each side rather than 2. Do better Jeffery B!

customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers like their household staff.

Whole Foods Greenwich is the worst operated store in the chain that I have shipped in. The rotisserie chicken, is constantly over cooked and dry. On several occasions I've asked to speak to the manager, finally I was lucky enough to meet him. He smelled of pot, smiling / laughing and had no answers or suggestions, just stoned. (Wait until you're off work please). The meat and seafood department is in disarray, the fish looks haggard, worn and old, the Meat department seems to lack little training and is seldomly helpful. On a whole it lacks leadership they don't listen to customers or welcome or implement suggestions to meet the market needs. Whenever there is an ask 'passing it off to another vs. Taking action' seems to be the working solution. The culture and management of this store (located in one of the nicest towns in CT) is completely broken and not up the expectations of the customers that shop there.

I bought Petifores from the bakery department on Dec 31st. When I was about to serve them to my guests I took the individual cupcake papers off . On the bottom they were dated December 23rd!!!! They were stale and tasted stale. No ethics! In response to your response.... You have nothing useful to say. (Purchased in the Greenwich CT store!) Telling ME to contact Your customer care department is the laziest most non- caring response you could give. You are customer care and I did contact you, that's why you know about this. Contact me and tell me what you are going to do about $27 worth of stale product?.

I shop here all the time and it has definitely gone downhill from when they opened. The people at customer service are just plain awful. They are rude and extremely inappropriate in going out of their way to give you the worst customer service possible. The prices are out of control even with inflation everything has gone up in price much more than any other food store in Greenwich CT. Between the terrible customer service and the ridiculous increase in prices this store rates 1 star in everything. I do still like the hot food bar, but the prices need to come down and the customer service needs to be replaced.

Whole Foods (food store) Greenwich CT Love their hot food bar but that is the only thing good about this Greenwich CT Whole Foods. Management and Customer service especially up front for problems or returns is AWFUL. I usually always shop at the Darien CT store they are well managed and have a great customer service. Greenwich has a Minh who is up front who is quiet like a mouse and is Horrible she is the worst person to have in customer service. She puts the customers' needs last. Very combative and non-helpful they should fire her. Kathy also customer service and another Hispanic woman up front are the worst. I never have any problem at any other Whole Foods just Greenwich CT. The head manager is a totally useless and has everyone in the store doing whatever they want to customers. Also, not the cleanest Whole Foods in CT.

Horrid store. Employees are rude and unfriendly. Bad attitudes abound at customer service desk. They act like they are doing you a big favor by assisting you. Really has gone downhill since Amazon took over. Will never go back. Store is dirty as well.

I've been to this location several times. Great customer service, just like all WholeFoods I've been too. Worth the prices you pay for healthier and fresher alternatives. So, it was Taco Tuesday, so I went in for their delicious fresh house made guacamole. If you haven't had it yet. You are doing yourself a serious dis-service. Unfortunately there was none on the shelfs, which is odd. I asked one of the employees. He offered to go in the back for me and checked came right back to me and said that the avocados are still frozen, so there might be some ready tomorrow. He apologized and said he understood how I felt because it's Taco Tuesday and it's delicious. Funny thing is I went back the next day and it still wasn't available. But no worries, I was happy with the great customer service I've always received from WholeFoods in generally. As I do from time to time I picked up their equally delicious hot food bar three cheese Mac and cheese. OMG, I hate to sound like a broken record here. But if you haven't had it yet either. You are doing yourself another serious dis-service. So good, I have picky friends and family they love it. So that is definitely saying a lot. Here it is $9.99/LB so it's kinda on the pricier side, but trust me it's tasty. Like tasty with the heart eyes tasty ^_^ They have tons of stuff in the hot food bar as well as they have a hot food area to get pizza and other things. They have a private parking lot so no worries about parking. They also have curb side delivery. My only issue with WholeFoods in generally is that they charge for delivery now, it use to be included for prime members. Even though I have the amazon prime card too, I still have to pay $9.99 per delivery. Blah but it is what it is. I still shop here and I still love it each time I go. Also, the Amazon Prime Card gives you 5% back at WholeFoods FYI. Foodie tip!

I was at Whole Foods today and happy to see 4 cashiers and no waiting! Hopefully this will continue.

Food is old and gross and employees are rude and unhelpful. They also don't comply with company policy. Go elsewhere for a better experience and better quality. The Asian woman at customer service is particularly unhelpful and rude. will no longer be shopping here at all

The worst quality meats! You never know if the cut will be good or bad Tough or Tender my last skirt steak was shoe leather The time before flavorless I'll shop my meat elsewherey

Going down hill fast! Food quality is slipping, customer service is almost none existent. Asked for help and the automatic answer is that it is "out of stock" or "we dont carry that" when either they used to carry it or they are so lazy that they cant even check to see if it is in the back! I can go to Stop and Shop if I want to be treated this way and at least get lower prices. Better shape up soon!!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Ralph the store manager yesterday August 28 at 4pm in the Greenwich store!! The line to pay was wrapped around the entire store with NO social distancing, I waited for 15 minutes before complaining to him, he was rude and dismissive saying that we are lucky they are open! They only had 2 registers open, really poor customer service and actually dangerous to our health with Covid.
