customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers...read full review
Whole Foods Greenwich is the worst operated store in the chain that I have shipped in. The rotisserie chicken, is constantly over cooked and dry. On several occasions I've asked to speak to the manager, finally I was lucky enough to meet him. He smelled of pot, smiling / laughing and had no answers or suggestions, just stoned. The meat and fish counters are severely understaffed. Not necessarily the workers fault as they seem to be doing what they can. They're definitely not the fastest workers but would benefit to have 3 guys on each side rather than 2. Do better Jeffery B!
