I'm giving Whole Foods in Greenwich two stars. 1. Because they open at 7am which is great as most Whole Foods in CT open at 8am. This store is unbelievably small and tight. There is not enough space for people to walk with shopping carts especially in the frozen isle .. it's almost laughable at how much maneuvering you have to do because they have water stocked in the middle of the isle as to make a two way lane. This place just gets worse and worse. To my surprise I go to checkout and guess what no more HANDLES on the bags!!!!! WTF no warning and no bags for you to purchase. How muck paper does it take to make 2 HANDLES????? Whole Foods is just getting to be impossible to shop at.

Once again Issue with the same person I complained before ( yes, she is still in customer service) According to the manager she is a long time employee at the store but for some reason she does not know how to make a return. Came w receipt paid in cash and she didn't know how to do it . First she asked me for my credit card which I refused then she made the return without using my receipt . What's wrong w her ....
