Never even got seated. Restaurant was full, our reservation was ignored and the waitstaff barely acknowledged us. Poor experience all around.

The food and drinks were great. The beet salad special with pistachios and burrata was lovely. $24 for a beet salad is a bit nuts though. The space is great for a casual lunch on a sunny day. Nice respite from the Avenue.

More casual than I expected for the prices. At least they had cloth napkins! Gets noisy with families.

Best Italian food I have ever had! Exceptional taste and quality. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Service is SO BAD. Food took forever, you feel like you are bothering a waiter every time you ask for something.

We made a reservation for 7:30 pm, and we arrived right on time, and the table was not ready. "You need to wait about 15 minutes for the table". We had to have dinner outside, it was already too cold for our 7 years old and us,, Apparently, this restaurant does not understand the definition of reservation, and what Open table is for. Food was good, but the dining experience was not pleasant at all.

Doppio in Greenwich is a total vibe whether you sit indoors at a cozy, dimly lit table / the chic bar, or outdoors on the charming sidewalk. Hands-down some of the best spicy rigatoni vodka I have had in Connecticut—and the fried artichoke app is to die for! Stellar wine menu, too.

My wine glass was dirty with lipstick marks. The octopus app was decent but not fresh and had too much dill. The salad was bad with branzino, only half-eaten. The pasta was the only good dish. Our dinner arrived one minute after the appetizer. Despite the issues, the staff showed no concern or addressed them.

Food was delicious and plentiful portions. Very good place for a very good meal. They need to have kids crayons and coloring books though

Disappointing... that while having a reservation for outside... none was available when I arrived. Otherwise..food was very good.

We have rediscovered Doppio after trying the new New Canaan location. I forgot how good it is. The noise level in New Canaan was too much for me but sitting outside was great. Love the Greenwich location. Hands down, best pizza around!!

We hit the place up a couple times a year. They are very consistent, I keep it simple and get the Margarita. If you are in that area for shopping it's a great choice as its solid food and you are in and out generally with no wait.

Doppio has one of my favorite pizzas, the Diavola, which consists of fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and chili oil. The chili oil gives it the perfect spicy kick. It comes with 6 slices, great to share with another person. I’ve also tried their prosciutto and arugula pizza, which comes with a generous amount of prosciutto. Both of these are thin-crust pizzas. There is a parking lot behind the restaurant, as well as street parking which is free after 5 PM.
