I have frequented Louie's many many times. I was very disappointed that my halibut special was dry and overcooked. My friend ordered the same and hers was also overcooked. I expected much better. I received a call after posting this review and Louie's manager was very upset by my dissatisfaction and wished I had said something at the time. He wants to make us happy and was very apologetic. Since I have always had good meals here, we will return.
The setting was classic—white linens, old-school charm, and just the right amount of elegance without trying too hard. It felt like a place built for connection, not just cuisine.
Reliable and excellent food. What makes Louie's a favorite, is the impeccable service provided by both the staff and the management. Everyone is treated as VIP making the entire experience one to be savored.
