When I went to McDonald’s and bought three fries, the lady at the counter refused to give me any Grinch salt unless I bought more food. She was rude about it too, rolling her eyes and giving us attitude the whole time. She wouldn’t even let me buy the Grinch salt separately—I literally had to buy another whole thing of fries just to get it. It was super frustrating, especially because McDonald’s franchise rules say they’re supposed to provide sauces or toppings customers need with their order, but instead she made the whole situation harder for no reason. There are many bad reviews about the customer service in this location. Especially with certain workers that have been there for a long time. One specific lady was super rude and was mean. I just wanted a packet of dill pickle flavored salt. Unbelievable. I will never return again. If she doesn’t want to give us grinch salt, maybe she is the real grinch. McDonald, fix this immediately. Thank you. (I love your blue drinks btw)

I ordered the $7 meal deal in the drive through but I didn't get the chicken nuggets plus there was a long hair in my burger. Will not be back here
I came in at 1:45am and witnessed the heavy set lady expediting food eating French fries out of the French fry station with her bare hands and licking them.. this is un expectable
