RUN!! HORRIBLE! Customer service was the worst. I’ve ever experienced the two Spanish ladies at the front one with the brown eyes and one with the blue eyes are so miserable and give everyone such a bad attitude. It’s ridiculous. I actually feel bad for the owner. Went to go pick up a sandwich and ask for a side of mayo, and after asking three times looking at her in the eye, she finally responded with HOLD ON Then the other younger girl with blue eyes came to her and said don’t worry you go I’ll handle it as if this happens all the time as if the customer is the problem And then she threw the mayonnaise at me before telling me this was not even on the sandwich. I don’t know why it was such a big deal lol but I guess that they’re sad. It’s hot outside and they’re stuck working in the deli sorry girls you gotta pick a different job if you’re gonna keep treating people this horrible or if you’re sad that you work here. You literally are working as a SERVER in the service industry lol also the sandwich sucked go to the deli in the market make yourself a ten times better one for half the price.

WORSE Customer service, especially the Manager. He likes to threatening people by calling the police just because he doesn't like to hear any complaints. He likes to pick and choose who to serve first. Would not recommend this place.

Twice this place has erroneously put tuna salad in my order instead of chicken salad. No apology either time. Both times happened within the span of 6 weeks. The first time they promised to credit my card but did not. Once I would forgive but twice is ridiculous. I have also heard of this happening to other friends - tuna and chicken are swapped. They should separate them in their prep area - maybe this would help them get the orders correct. The food is delicious when you get the correct order, but if you really, really, really dislike tuna salad (as I do) then be very CAREFUL!
