Worst service I’ve ever had. They have you seat yourself but we waited for 25 minutes just to get menus, and we were sitting right in front of the registers. The waiters kept walking by, would quickly look at us then look away and keep going - wouldn’t say anything to us as if we were invisible. Both waiters took the walk ins and acted as if the customers who were dining in were not important. Food was ready for multiple tables and they just left it there - no heaters so food was getting cold. Multiple customers were upset by their service and several people gave up and ended up leaving after no waiter came to them, and some of these people were sitting at the counter. One guy called in an order but when he showed up they didn’t even have his order written down. Was so looking forward to this place per the other reviews but was sadly not impressed.

A nice stop with friendly staff! Would loved to have tried the house made chips instead of an Utz bag!

Come here ready to eat! This local gem offers an excellent selection of classic sandwiches. It's a full dose of culinary Americana in the heart of beautiful Noank.

Being that Noank is one of our favorite places, we have passed Carson’s a dozen times, always wanting to stop in for breakfast. On this cold and rainy Saturday, we finally did. The atmosphere was quaint but the food was not extraordinary. I must note that the serving of bacon was very generous and the bacon itself was delicious. The pancake was super fluffy but tasted average and the “smothered home fries” were a tad greasy for me. The servers were attentive but could have been a bit more friendly. We agreed that the atmosphere was very cozy and a cute place to stop in for ice cream.

TL:DR Expensive food. Don't sit outside if you have a schedule, you'll be sitting outside waiting for them to come back to check up on you. Waitress lacks time management. Scrambled eggs were overcooked. (Couldn't tell if they used bagged eggs to make the scrambled eggs)

Went with my family to eat here. Sat outside as it was nice outside that day. The chocolate chip pancake was delicious. Crispy and fresh taste. Wasn't too happy it was $5 dollars for one pancake itself. Been to several spots nearby that do more pancakes for that price. Ordered 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.($5) The cheese was just place on top of the scrambled eggs, and they were overcooked.
The smothered homefries came out to $26 with the add on of scrambled eggs and their homemade hash. The hash was very good. The plate had alot of flavor and I was happy with that.
We also ordered their berries and cream sweet bread ($16)
2 OJ ($6) and 1 Iced coffee for ($4.75). Total was $67.36

On top of that being expensive for the little amount of food, we were forgotten about. The brunch rush died down and it was around 2pm. People were coming in and out for Ice cream. We wanted to order a milkshake, another iced coffee and more OJ. 20 minutes went by and I had to get up and ask the waitress for more orange juice. I haven't had to do that anywhere else because they usually come around and make sure their customers are okay/ if they need anything. The lady came out only to give us our check. We were not happy waiting for them to come out to check up on them. We left a very low tip unfortunately due to the unprofessionalism the place had. Definitely will not be coming back to eat here. The bird did keep us company outside and it's nice of the establishment to leave a bowl of water for dogs to drink, just make sure the water isn't hot as it sat in the sun the whole time we were there.

Went for the first time to get ice cream but they seem to also serve beverages, baked goods and breakfast. The place is a nice retro building with the looks and feel of a mid-20th century diner. Staff was nice and friendly and they had a wide variety of ice cream. They have some outdoor seating as well as a park nearby with benches for enjoying your ice cream

What a great place!!! I had sautéed portobello mushroom spinach and cheese sandwich which was delicious. They also had something I’ve never seen fluffernutter ice cream which was amazingly delicious. The place was adorable with the soda counter brought back lots of good memories. I love the sign that said no WiFi talk to someone :)
