Chapter One is definitely a must stop when visiting Mystic. The food was phenomenal, and the drinks were perfect. The Bloody Mary was my fave. The service was top notch- very attentive and genuinely nice people working. Will for sure be back!
The restaurant was absolutely having an off night. Every place drops the ball every now and again, but the manager came up to us and apologized for everything. He absolutely turned what would have been a terrible experience into a very positive one. By owning up to the mistake and fixing it, this made a customer out of me. Impromptu get together with 3 of my neighbors this afternoon. Totally enjoyed being served by Steve and bantering with him. Our get together was fun but some added fun was had because of Steve. Sydney was also there and was great to deal with.
