Outstanding hot quality food with large quantities, quick service, a diverse large menu, nice people, and did I say the food was great. I only give it a 4 because the day we were there, there were several flies that were bothersome. Not sure they can control that, but it affected the experience. But I’d for sure go back - just for take out.
Food was served very fast and was delicious! Especially the bao buns and mango slushie. Server was great, very friendly and attentive! Would definitely come again!
The food was absolutely fabulous. Quite filling and satisfying to have any type of day. I came when it was cloudy, which is good weather for a soup. A lot of tofu in the soup, but is fine with what you wanted. The dessert was so filling and unique for fried bananas. Will come again, but not during tourist season, hahahaha.

Bleu Ginger is an incredible place. The food is consistently delicious, with flavors that go together perfect. The Khao soup with crispy duck, bok choy ginger with chicken, Japanese curry with shrimp, shrimp teriyaki, ramen, pud thai, chicken tenders, and fried rice are all excellent. Everything comes out fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The space is beautiful and perfect for large parties, with friendly staff. The happy hour specials are phenomenal and fresh, with fantastic tofu boa bun and asparagus roll. There is a great selection of local beer, nice saki, and mixed drinks are spot on. Prices are reasonable. The only drawback was fruit flies, which took away from the overall dining experience. Service is really nice. Grateful for a place with options.
