“This location was very clean (we went inside). We arrived in late morning for a doughnut fix & were happy to see there was still a decent selection. As always, the doughnuts were delicious. Service was a bit annoying though. There was a single person working & she was busy filling a drive through order when we walked in to an empty store. We were fine waiting, but she asked us to use the order kiosk if we were ordering to-go. So we did as told, which takes longer than ordering "in person". Annoying when only getting 2 doughnuts. By the time we were done at the kiosk, she was finished with the several drinks for her drive through & attended to us. She pulled the slip from our kiosk order & said, "Oh, only 2 doughnuts? Which would you like?" Now, I had just spent 2 minutes looking them up on the kiosk screen, & going through the added annoyance of the screen not responding to my touch, only to have her ASK which doughnuts I wanted. Isn't that on the slip? The server was very pleasant the whole time. My gripe is with the OVER-reliance on technology. Like I said at the beginning, it would have been quicker to order & pay "in person", cheaper for Dunkin' too, because they would not have had to pay a cc transaction fee - I pay cash for small things.“
“The Stars are for the food, avocado toast is great, hash brown awesome, beyond sausage is a must, never had a bad donut ever so that's a plus. I hate DD coffee though it sucks but not as bad as Starbucks coffee. Coconut fusions though, had three the first day I tried it had to keep going back“
“Got there at 9:08 pm, the woman had a slight annoyance to her voice and said they were closed... When I drove around it wasn't the normal nice person who works at night when I go, but someone I didn't recognize.
Even though they are open till 10 pm, and they verified their hours recently. this person clearly didn't want to do anything.
Edit: I haven't seen that same woman since and was told lots of people complained about her... She didn't want to work those hours and they sort of forced her ... It's understandable but also...“
“Sometimes they have issues with their drive-thru microphone but above all everything is quick fast friendly employees very respectful ain't got really much to complain about if you want a quick cup of coffee go through the drive-thru or go in. The best Dunkin Donuts in Groton Connecticut!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but there are no stairs.“
“I didn't order any food so I couldn't rate the food or atmosphere. I go for the blueberry donut iced coffee which is unbelievable.
Parking: It's within a shell station and there's ample parking
Kid-friendliness: There are seats and a good place for children
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. No stairs“
“made a wrong turn and ended up on Gold Star Hwy. never knew it was a part of Mystic. Came to a DD to get a snack and it was a really nice bunch of servers taking care of your needs. Friendly, polite, and showed us where we made a wrong turn, we got a half dozen and some drinks but was impressed on how well they were taking care of the customers and us as well. Very clean and the quality of the product was good. Donuts were fresh and were put into a box very well and not mushed up as some places do. a good place to stop. One of our friends got a toasted bagel and said it was great with cream cheese. so I say,go here they are nice and they loved the kids.“
