Dunkin' Donuts in Mystic

“Halfway through our drizzly 12 hour road trip home, we stopped at the mysterious town of Mystic, CT, for gas and a quick bite. Out of the thick haze beckoned the neon orange-and-pink sign of a Dunkin’, the perfect spot for us to reprieve our famished bodies. We ordered donuts and a matcha, but were so blinded by the incredible customer service of Jack and Keever that we drove off without getting the matcha. When we went back to get it, we were simply met with an “I gotchu,” and the knights in shining armor delivered the matcha promptly to us.

As we gorged on a copious amount of donuts, we marveled at the goodwill, politeness, and impeccable service of Jack and Keever.

“Food was done well my coffee was exactly how I like it which is uncommon at most Dunkin or rather inconsistent. What really stood out to me was the staff at the delivery window very calm and nice while paying attention to our order as she handed it to us to make sure everything was correct. Could not rate atmosphere outside of what I saw from employee at window. Otherwise may have been more or less stars.“
