“Heard this was a Mystic staple so I had to try it out. I ordered the donuts ahead of time through their website because I wanted to ensure they didn't sell out. They are open until 5PM or until all of the donuts are gone. The week I went was the classics menu. I got the maple bar, Samoa, Apple fritter, honey glazed cruller, chocolate cream, and double chocolate. The Samoa was by far my favorite and it is on their staples portion of the menu (they rotate flavors weekly), so you could get this any week. Highly suggest.“
“Our first time visit to the area and Mystic Diner was recommended. We enjoyed their breakfast several mornings. Clean, friendly, attentive staff, many selections, breakfast all day, reasonable prices. Lots of desserts but didn't try any. They have a take out window. If it looks like they're packed and long wait, go in anyway, the place is huge. It happened to us and there were plenty of tables/booths available.“
“Definitely the most efficient and friendliest staff of any Dunkin in the area. My youngest boy is a sucker for just about anything sweet, so part of our weekend morning regiment includes a morning stop for Dunkin D. Admit-tingly I have lost interest in Dunkin's coffee quality but I am a sucker for a seasonal flavor, so I typically get the flavor of the season! That 4$$ price tag hits hard so make sure to sign up for rewards and deals. Thankfully the weekend staff is always on point and makes it worth the extra $ for the lack of quality. I do feel bad for the staff because with everyone using the app no one is leaving the change and the tips must have gone to next nothing. Im guilty of it myself because I rarely have change in my vehicle. If your on Yelp looking to choose which Dunkin to stop in, this is the only one I would recommend in the area Cheers“

“We have been coming to Muddy Waters Cafe for last couple of years every Sunday. The atmosphere is lively ( college & Coast Guard students ) and although usually crowded, the line moves quickly. Great egg sandwiches on fresh bagels, pastries, sandwiches and salads. Tomato soup is delicious. The back deck is wonderful to watch activity in the harbor and Amtrack trains. Hopefully it will reopen soon after a fire in their basement . The employees are friendly and very efficient. Totally recommend if in New London.“
“Went to a party for the beginning of summer at my son and daughter-in-law’s and The Bridge Market came and made pizzas. They were fabulous, I love the Zoe Bear and Karen didn’t disappoint. All the pizzas were amazing! They must have made somewhere around 75 if not more. People didn’t have to wait long once they got going. Everyone raved about the pizzas and what a great job. I highly recommend Karen for your next activity. As my grandson said “the pizzas were made with love, that’s why they were so good.” Maryellen“
“They don't have the special monthly donuts, and they don't work with the app for some reason, but other than that it's still a normal, good Krispy Kreme. Just not sure why a flagship casino location would have a worse experience than a normal brick and mortar location.“
“Came into the casino through the riverview garage and found a smaller Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts were limited and didn't have many options. This one was smaller than the other one inside the casino. I asked about some of the doughnuts ingredients due to allergies. All I got was I don't know ?. So I kept it simple and got a glazed blueberry. They didn't even have coffee because something had broken down. She was waiting for a coffee delivery. Definitely should have walked to the larger one. Probably would have gotten better service and more of a selection of doughnuts.“
“Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, mobile orders made quickly. Busy, busy location! There's almost always a line. It's a pretty small dining room with only a couple of tables, but I think it's just still "social distanced" from COVID precautions. Also, because people take more than they need for their current drinks; sugar, Splenda, Sweet n low, etc... And large drinking straws for some reason, are always empty. Staff can't keep them filled because the store would go bankrupt from all the customer theft of condiments and straws. But if you ask, staff will happily give you what you need ?Parking: Parking in front of the store can be hard to find, but there's more spaces to the left of the building and behind it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy disabled parking directly in front of the door. No steps or stairs into building.Dietary restrictions: All sorts of non-dairy options for drinks/coffees/teas. Vegetarian choices available.“
“The St. Patrick’s day donuts were amazing. The Irish donut and mint chocolate chip were fantastic. We got 12 and they were all so good. The people in there are just so nice and very friendly.Don’t forgot you can order ahead and they have descriptions of all the donuts.Next time you are in Mystic, please stop by and I promise you won’t be disappointed.“
