“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“I’m not able to decide between a three or four star rating.

I come here almost everyday mainly for drinks for me and my family, the staff that I’ve encountered have been very friendly. The only issue I have with the place is, that when they get a supply shipment they don’t get everything delivered, so something’s are left out of stock. Also, that it takes a while sometimes to be noticed and that they wait (sometimes) till I’m there for a mobile order before making my order.

It’s a shame, that their higher ups only order what sells every week(from what I was told by an employee) cause this a really nice looking establishment.

I’ve talked to an employee about how they should mark stuff that’s unavailable on the mobile app, but they can’t control the app as it’s a third party app.

I wish I was able to give higher stars.“

“I just went to this Dunkin at 1:28 4/7/26. The service of the drive through was fantastic. Whoever was working was friendly and also helpful. I ended up buying a UConn special doughnut because of him. His voice was joyful and welcoming. He was trained really well. On top of that I got a large iced mocha and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were fresh and some of the best I’ve ever had from any Dunkin. My coffee was made perfectly and was also one of the best dunkin coffees I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the two men working but they made my day better. I will be going back specifically due to their great service.“

“I always come to this Dunkin even though it’s not the closest one to me. The drinks are consistently good and the employees are nice. The drive thru is insanely fast and again- they keep a smile with good attitude and hand out a good product. Only thing is they pack the cup with ice. I understand they have an ice line to hit but sometimes I feel like they over do it. Other than that I really love this Dunkin and it will remain my main Dunkin. 🙂‍↕️“
