I’ve started going to this Dunkin once a week on the weekend. For about maybe 3 weeks in a row the service has been great, great workers, great quality drinks and food. It’s very consistent quality and if there happened to be a mistake they handled it with ease. 10/10
Wayyyy too much attitude from the staff for 7am, I’m tired too!

I just went to this Dunkin at 1:28 4/7/26. The service of the drive through was fantastic. Whoever was working was friendly and also helpful. I ended up buying a UConn special doughnut because of him. His voice was joyful and welcoming. He was trained really well. On top of that I got a large iced mocha and hashbrowns. Dunkin, located at Libon ct, offers decent bagels and donuts at a reasonable price. The quality may have dipped, but the friendly staff make up for it. The drive-thru service is very fast unless they're backed up. The staff provide excellent customer service, making it a pleasant experience overall. Great people in the place, with workers who are nice and provide kind gestures. The restaurant is kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users with no stairs at the entrance.
