“I love Dexter’s Smoothies. But I am in love with a new coffee that I tried from them. It’s a maple coffee. It is delicious with whatever creamer base you want it in. You just order the coffee and add whatever extras you want in it. I never use extras, but being lactose intolerant, I’m glad I can use oat or Almond milk. It’s one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while.“

The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “My wife and I were part of a small group that got a hands-on, behind-the-scenes tour, and I loved their coffee before we went, but I'm a little obsessed after this tour. The amount of effort that goes into their coffee is evident the first time you taste it, and on the tour I gained a greater appreciation for the skill and attentiveness required to make great coffee (we even roasted some and took it home with us). This place is incredible; if you've never had their coffee, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to your nearest Big Y.“

I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise!
