“My wife got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and I got a chocolate raspberry smoothie. Staff was accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions and made recommendations to us on what to get. Smoothies tasted great, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Atmosphere is lacking due to the disrepair the strip mall and parking lot are in.“

“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “My wife and I were part of a small group that got a hands-on, behind-the-scenes tour, and I loved their coffee before we went, but I'm a little obsessed after this tour. The amount of effort that goes into their coffee is evident the first time you taste it, and on the tour I gained a greater appreciation for the skill and attentiveness required to make great coffee (we even roasted some and took it home with us). This place is incredible; if you've never had their coffee, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to your nearest Big Y.“

I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise!
