“Noah waited on me, I was there to get a Java chip frapp and chocolate croissant for my daughter who was home sick and didn’t want to eat much but wanted that. I said I was going to use stars so he asked if I wanted a larger size since the stars would cover that. I said no, since it was for a 10 yr old who was sick and just didn’t need that much sugar. He then explained he would make it without the caffeine as well, which I didn’t even know was a thing. I then ordered the pastry she asked for. When he scanned what was left on my Starbucks card after the stars , I still had a balance, no problem, I reached for my debit card he said hold on we have change here people leave and we can’t take tips. He then applied 1.20 to my balance. It may seem small to someone else, but it was huge to me after the week we had. We lost my grandmother on Tuesday, and my daughter is sick right now. Small acts of kindness really can mean the world, you never know what someone is going through. So thank you so much Noah, keep being YOU!“

“I went in there around 3:30 to the drive in window with one of my other workers and she ordered a Green Tea drink and the guy that gave her her drink the straw was all wet and when she asked for a new one he through a handful at her. I call that bad service so we don't go there anymore we go elsewhere, you need to get better help.“

“only dunkin who can seem to make my coffee correctly. went to three different ones this morning spending over 9 dollars in coffee. i honestly don’t understand what’s going on with griswold and dunkin but it’s been weeks since they managed to make a very simple coffee 5 bp 4 creams correctly.“

“Stopped in for our first visit this morning. The guy working was super nice & helpful explaining everything. He even gave us a taste of the açaí to make sure we liked it before ordering. We got the Chandy Bowl and the smoothie special Chunky Monkey. Both taste so good and everything was fresh. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Great smoothie options! I have been coming here for over two years now. I always love to try their seasonal menu options. They have a walk up window or you can go inside the shop. You can order a head on their app. They have a punch card that will give you a free smoothie with ten punches.“

“Great little coffee shop in the downtown area with a really big menu of coffee drinks and a lot of flavors to add. They even do fun daily whipped cream flavors!Only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they'd integrate a reward system into their PoS instead of relying on punch cards they keep running out of. I know for a fact it's not really that hard to do.Regardless, I would definitely recommend.“

“I thoroughly enjoy going to this location (Plainfield). Coffee is far better than Dunkin' Donuts. The muffins, omg let's talk about the muffins! The orange cranberry is to die for. I believe everything is made fresh at this location and you can taste it. Their donuts are amazing as well. They are always offering specialty donuts like a lucky charm, Oreo, or holiday inspired offerings. Their bagels are soft, flavorful, and big. You're not getting a tiny grocery store bagel here. I have to compliment the management because the ladies working here are always kind, smiling, and fast working. They train their staff right! There is plenty of seating which seems to be an underutilized part of many coffee shops since 2020. The music isn't too loud and you'll be treated with the wonderful aroma of baked goods and coffee the moment the door opens and you enter“

“Stopped here as we were leaving for the night to get some coffee for the ride home and bring some donuts back with us. There is nothing in the world like fresh donuts from Krispy Kreme and apparently this is no secret! As we passed by several times going to different areas of the Casino, there was a line out the door all night. Even at 1:30 am we still waited on a line... but it was well worth it. Service was kind and friendly despite how busy they were. The donuts... just out of this world!“

“Even though I couldn't eat any because I am on a diet, The service was fantastic, The young Lady that was working there was very polite, & had a very great positive attitude, I felt bad because I wanted to give her a tip for her services but I didn't have cash on me, but thank you so much for the service ? ?“
