Wow , I really hate the app . It's confusing and Mondays are 100 points as a bonus and free coffee with purchase for 14 days the app kept charging me for the coffee . Aliyah knows the app and how to navigate it . Thank God ? ? otherwise Today would have been my last day going there .“

“My wife got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and I got a chocolate raspberry smoothie. Staff was accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions and made recommendations to us on what to get. Smoothies tasted great, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Atmosphere is lacking due to the disrepair the strip mall and parking lot are in.“

“My wife and I were part of a small group that got a hands-on, behind-the-scenes tour, and I loved their coffee before we went, but I'm a little obsessed after this tour. The amount of effort that goes into their coffee is evident the first time you taste it, and on the tour I gained a greater appreciation for the skill and attentiveness required to make great coffee (we even roasted some and took it home with us). This place is incredible; if you've never had their coffee, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to your nearest Big Y.“

“I love coming to this Dunkin specifically, all the others in my area don’t compare!! They always have what I want and make it quickly, even when lines are long, and the staff is always so polite. Tim absolutely makes my morning! He’s so genuine and joyful that even when I’m not off to a great start my day spins right around after my stop here! He always asks if I need anything else and chats with me while I grab my order. Definitely an employee to keep and take care of in the long run!“

“I visit Mohegan 1-2 times annually for work, and the space has expanded and looks much better.
However, and most importantly, the young lady that worked the shop on the morning of Thursday 5/14 was EXPONENTIALLY better than any other associate I’ve seen in the past 5 years. She wasn’t on her phone, she didn’t look miserable, she was friendly and nice and attentive. I wish I got her name to give her kudos. Way to go!“

“A bit expensive, but customer service is always very good and so are the drinks. The staff are quick, professional and friendly. I've always been impressed. I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I'd rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.“

“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet.
