“We have been in town visiting relatives and find ourselves starting our day with Dunkin since they are just around the corner. Very attentive and caring staff. Once they made a cold drink in place of a hot order and they gladly righted the mistake and were courteous doing so. We are very appreciative of them and their service and their food was delicious. Come out and see these folks sometime!“

“Can only comment on a few items... Buttery smooth lattes with the Canyon Coffee they use. Great Chicken Salad sandwich! Really good Rotisserie Chicken and sides. Drip coffee is really good too. Egg sandwich is a tad bland, but solid. Staff is always really friendly.“

“I came here on a whim and I am so glad I did! The barista (whom I think is an owner) was so approachable, friendly, knowledge, and above all welcoming. His suggestions were on point, and he really thought about what I said before making a suggestion.The coffee: salted caramel iced coffee with a little cream... I will most definitely be back!Parking: This is a strip mall that use to be a school. Parking is where the busses use to line up. Worse case there is more parking across the street, and there are crosswalks.Kid-friendliness: There are some kids toys in the corner, and books for adults too. The couches are low and comfortable.“

“This place speaks for itself upon walking in. Very friendly, very cozy and very helpful. My sister and I came in today and got two sandwiches each. We both got the bacon egg and cheese (one on multigrain and the other on a bagel). The blue and the East beats west with a soup on the side. We wanted to sample how the food is here. The guy at the counter was very sweet and the food took maybe 15 minutes to come out despite all tables being full. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time to sit down and have a good meal with someone“

“This little Mystic gem has the delicious ice cream creations around! I had the PB & fudge sundae and my wife had the caramel lovers sundae. OMG delightful! The ice cream is fantastic, the service is quick. Not a lot of seating and it is always packed but the line moves quickly. It gives you time to make the perfect choice. The ambiance is cute, like a country ice cream shop. I love good ice cream and this place knocks it out of the park! A must try and you won't be disappointed!“

“Great smoothie options! I have been coming here for over two years now. I always love to try their seasonal menu options. They have a walk up window or you can go inside the shop. You can order a head on their app. They have a punch card that will give you a free smoothie with ten punches.“

“Stopped in for our first visit this morning. The guy working was super nice & helpful explaining everything. He even gave us a taste of the açaí to make sure we liked it before ordering. We got the Chandy Bowl and the smoothie special Chunky Monkey. Both taste so good and everything was fresh. We’ll definitely be back!“

(Non caffeinated/coffee free options too!) Since I am more adventurous than my fiancé we always get the best of both worlds. If you don’t see something that matches your flavor palette the owner keeps a vault of specialty flavors and recipes that will most definitely wow you. If you happen to stop by during slower periods make sure you chat with the owner how Wicked Southern Coffee got started! Talk about an inspiring story. We could not be MORE impressed.“

“Was very busy in the a.m. due to the St. Patrick’s Day parade ☘️ but barista was calm & very pleasant despite the long line. Great artsy vibe for all ages. Chai Latte was perfectly made! Worth stopping in if you’re passing through the area!Parking: Parking was difficult due to the parade but there is parking at a grocery store a short distance away.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.“

“We have been coming to Muddy Waters Cafe for last couple of years every Sunday. The atmosphere is lively ( college & Coast Guard students ) and although usually crowded, the line moves quickly. Great egg sandwiches on fresh bagels, pastries, sandwiches and salads. Tomato soup is delicious. The back deck is wonderful to watch activity in the harbor and Amtrack trains. Hopefully it will reopen soon after a fire in their basement . The employees are friendly and very efficient. Totally recommend if in New London.“

“Great little coffee shop in the downtown area with a really big menu of coffee drinks and a lot of flavors to add. They even do fun daily whipped cream flavors!Only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they'd integrate a reward system into their PoS instead of relying on punch cards they keep running out of. I know for a fact it's not really that hard to do.Regardless, I would definitely recommend.“

“Stopped here as we were leaving for the night to get some coffee for the ride home and bring some donuts back with us. There is nothing in the world like fresh donuts from Krispy Kreme and apparently this is no secret! As we passed by several times going to different areas of the Casino, there was a line out the door all night. Even at 1:30 am we still waited on a line... but it was well worth it. Service was kind and friendly despite how busy they were. The donuts... just out of this world!“

“I found this place online and thought I would give it a shot. The second I walked in I was greeted by the worker who was very friendly. I told him I was there to study and get some coffee/something to eat. He got me on the wifi and told me to stay for as long as I wanted. I first ordered a cappuccino and it was so good. He didn't charge me then and said when I was ready to leave he could ring me up. It felt like he was a nice guy and trusted me. I ended up getting a breakfast sandwich too and it was amazing. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. Overall this place has great service and quality coffee and food. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need to get work done or study.“

“We went to zest the other day. As soon as we walked in the lady behind the counter greeted us. With a smile and hello. Her name was Laura. We had a cappuccino which was excellent. Also, a scone which was very good. We will go back when we are in the area.“

“CHOCOLATE! Yumm! Delicious signature chocolate drink. Chatted with the owner who makes this special chocolate. Friendly host! I grabbed the Hawaiian chocolate that is hard to get. Owner states the best chocolate is from Ecuador, I tried it and, yes, I may have to agree!“

“kind and speedy staff both at the drive thru and walk-in, fat boy with ketchup is awesome! iced cappuccino had a bit of a weird taste of a flavored sweetener in the drink but when i ordered they did say it already had sweetener in it, so it was really good for what it was!“

“I've tried multiple different types of coffees from this location. All have been delicious. Tried the bulletproof coffee our of sheer curiosity and it's now my favorite. Prices are fair compared to other coffee chains. For food I highly recommend anything on a bagel. The everything bagels in particular are some of the best I've had around here. My other favorites are the orange/ cranberry muffin and the Memphis toast. They offer unique food items you don't see at other chains. Plus there's ample seating with places to charge your devices and free visitor wifi. There is also patio seating for nice days.“

“Well, I love going here because they’re the one place that I have the vanilla cream donut… I did a mobile order with cream and sugar and there was no cream and no sugar! Of course I was just recently. Never had a problem in the past. Was good every other time.“

“Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, mobile orders made quickly. Busy, busy location! There's almost always a line. It's a pretty small dining room with only a couple of tables, but I think it's just still "social distanced" from COVID precautions. Also, because people take more than they need for their current drinks; sugar, Splenda, Sweet n low, etc... And large drinking straws for some reason, are always empty. Staff can't keep them filled because the store would go bankrupt from all the customer theft of condiments and straws. But if you ask, staff will happily give you what you need ?Parking: Parking in front of the store can be hard to find, but there's more spaces to the left of the building and behind it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy disabled parking directly in front of the door. No steps or stairs into building.Dietary restrictions: All sorts of non-dairy options for drinks/coffees/teas. Vegetarian choices available.“

“Starbucks that’s in the plaza near BigY here in Groton, you have the NICEST young lady in the mornings right now. I go very early around 6am because I like to get my son apple juice before he goes to daycare. There is a young lady with blonde hair (I wish I knew her name) that works the drive through window every morning. She is so nice, and so very kind. I don’t think I have encountered someone in a drive through as kind as her. You are very lucky to have her and I hope she knows the difference she can make in someone’s life by just being her!“

“Grabbed some cinnamon rolls while I was at the casino and was not disappointed! I will say that four is WAY too many for one person, but it was a birthday treat. Was in and out quickly and they even provided me an extra cup of frosting.I only wish they were more in the casino rather than Tanger as it's quite a walk from where we were to get there and the stall that used to sell them on the other end of the mall area was closed down, likely due to low traffic in that area.“

“Stopped in for a medium iced coffee. Dunkin s is the only coffee for me. Didn't want anything to eat but the offer the biggest selection of donuts and bagels you've ever seen. Thanks for that. So if your in the area stop on in you won't regret it.“

“Whenever I come to Clinton for a weekend I ALWAYS stop by this Starbucks. I’ve frequented many starbucks locations throughout CT and NYC and this one by far has the best quality drinks, food, and all of the workers are so so kind. Not to mention, my 3 dogs love love love hopping in the car to go to the drive through. They absolutely adore the attention they get from the female workers and the delicious pup cups from the ladies in addition to the scones I order for them. I literally say ‘we’re going to starbucks to see your friends!’ And they all race to the car haha.
