“Service was great. Order was correct. Food and drinks were as ordered and very yummy. Team worked well together and got us out fast. Came thru around 8:15 AM 5/22/21. Great job by all.“

“What a great place with great food“

“We are from DC, and when we travel up to CT, we go there regularly. The people are just as delightful as their drinks! One of the first times I went there I got a hot chocolate and they asked if it was for a child, I said no just me. Assuming the temp is slightly cooler for a child’s- but that is pretty great customer service, to even just ask ahead of time. There fluffernutter lattes are so good- and now canned— I made my dad bring some back down this way! Check them out for sure!!“

“My favourite place to work from home, even for someone with newly developed social anxiety. Super chill, the employees are so kind, and the coffee tastes absolutely incredible.“

“My wife got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and I got a chocolate raspberry smoothie. Staff was accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions and made recommendations to us on what to get. Smoothies tasted great, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Atmosphere is lacking due to the disrepair the strip mall and parking lot are in.“

“Delicious !!!! People working there through the years are always fantastic !!! Always bring my Family , bring yours..they're the best thing that happened to breakfast and coffe . 😁“

“Everything I've had at Nanas has been excellent! my favs are the drinks, risotto balls, pizza and hot donuts! The staff is the best!“

“We are not from the area but live açaí bowls so we were excited to try somewhere new. We stopped here and were in and out. The bowls were affordable and much bigger than those I buy back home. They were SO delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Incredibly delicious iced rooibos and ginger tea, perfect drink for a perfect summer day in Mystic 💗 can’t wait to come back“

“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“Fast order prep and friendly service!“

“Great food, wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly“

“The best bakery in Mystic!! Best (and only) scratch made cupcakes and cakes in town, plus delicious breakfast sandwiches and other pastries“

“Excellent coffee, great service, and a gigantic variety of breads and pastries and other desserts that are all affordably priced. I had a dark roast and some apple bread pudding. Delicious.“

“good food!“

“Brandon is doing a fantastic job managing this Starbucks. The store feels organized, clean, and genuinely friendly every time I come in. The team works well together and handles pressure calmly, which says a lot about the leadership. It’s obvious Brandon cares about both the customer experience and the staff. That kind of management makes a big difference.“

“Best Dunkin Donut experience ever on Ocean Ave. Treasure was fantastic- pleasant, friendly, polite, and offered good suggestions.“

“new menu from Ballo is good. went with skirt steak and it was really good. the potatoes were good as well. tried the olive oil cake for dessert sort of blah. Will was our server--- best part of the night! great service and even been personality !!!“

“The drinking chocolate (a.k.a. hot chocolate) is out of this world! They literally melt chocolate into milk and cream. It’s the richest, chocolatiest thing you’ll ever drink. They top it with whip cream and a variety of chocolate sauce and texture. Yum! I didn’t care for the soft serve chocolate ice cream. Nice atmosphere inside and out.“

“Everything is tasty ?, the customer service is excellent ?. The cool thing is that there are both salt and sweet products, for all palates. I recommend the pretzel mini dog, wow it is delicious.// Everything is very delicious ? the customer service is very good, the cool thing is that there are both salty and sweet products, for all palates. “My wife and I were part of a small group that got a hands-on, behind-the-scenes tour, and I loved their coffee before we went, but I'm a little obsessed after this tour. The amount of effort that goes into their coffee is evident the first time you taste it, and on the tour I gained a greater appreciation for the skill and attentiveness required to make great coffee (we even roasted some and took it home with us). This place is incredible; if you've never had their coffee, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to your nearest Big Y.“

“A bit expensive, but customer service is always very good and so are the drinks. The staff are quick, professional and friendly. I've always been impressed. I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I'd rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.“

“Delicious and fresh donuts“

“We started out rough but now that I’m a regular they make my drinks perfect now an it’s great that pretty much the community supports this location and the entire staff knows our name.. Thanks for helping my morning“

“This place is absolutely great! I had the most amazing sandwich with the greatest service you can ask for. I also love the fact that you can have a glass of beer or wine with your sandwich. This place is an absolute must if you are traveling by train. Thank you for amazing service and great food.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 If you're on a journey to reduce your environmental footprint or just want to support a store that cares about our planet, look no further. The Ditty Bag is your one-stop destination for all things green and ethical. I can't recommend this place enough! 💚🛍“

“the food is super great and so is the service. we've gone twice and all the waitresses are so friendly and helpful. the food is also incredible. the biscuits and gravy is a standout for my husband and I, and hes from the south so he knows good biscuits and gravy. the waffles are delicious and fluffy. the Christmas cookie waffle is super tasty and seasonally adorable. highly recommend!“

“Most important thing - it opens early and is in the lobby so easy to find!
Coffee comes strong and a tall coffee is exactly that! They also ensure you do not burn your hands. Is often a very cheerful lady (with a great taste in Puerto Rican music) there whose politeness and level of service is extraordinary“

“such amazing care staff! never a wrong order! love this starbucks!!“

“they were busy. we were in and out az normsl . not much wait time“

“Mike's team at Starbucks is the best. You haven't lived until you have tried a Rachel Flat White!“

“Drive thru Kay tried helping me with Dunkin app .
Unfortunately it would take a lot more time due to having to install app .
I thanked her and ended conversation when a car came in behind me . It's about all of us not just me .
She provided 100%
customer service .
Nice when people care about each other .
Today Monday 8/19/24
Wow , I really hate the app . It's confusing and Mondays are 100 points as a bonus and free coffee with purchase for 14 days the app kept charging me for the coffee . Aliyah knows the app and how to navigate it . Thank God ? ? otherwise Today would have been my last day going there .“

“This was the first Dunkin’ Donuts that got my order right.
The girl did put an amazing effort to make my matcha “the best” ever✨
Thank you!
With her attitude, I’m sure she will reach out the opportunities in life fast enough to be manager or even owner of her on coffee shop!
Good for her!“

“I stopped in to get to get an iced coffee as a treat and was greeted by Emily. Emily couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.“

“I love coming to this Dunkin specifically, all the others in my area don’t compare!! They always have what I want and make it quickly, even when lines are long, and the staff is always so polite. Tim absolutely makes my morning! He’s so genuine and joyful that even when I’m not off to a great start my day spins right around after my stop here! He always asks if I need anything else and chats with me while I grab my order. Definitely an employee to keep and take care of in the long run!“

“I visit Mohegan 1-2 times annually for work, and the space has expanded and looks much better.
However, and most importantly, the young lady that worked the shop on the morning of Thursday 5/14 was EXPONENTIALLY better than any other associate I’ve seen in the past 5 years. She wasn’t on her phone, she didn’t look miserable, she was friendly and nice and attentive. I wish I got her name to give her kudos. Way to go!“

“When your local Starbucks team recognizes your voice through the drive thru and sends a happy message along with your morning Bev. 😀 ..... I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise! The food industry can suck but, you make a difference with your amazing attitudes and customer service. Thank you #NorwichStarbucks“
