The drive thru staff were rude. When I asked for the manager, an older woman named "Kathy"in a blue shirt gave me no assistance. She found nothing wrong with her employee rude mocking behavior and actually laughed at me. I'll never go there again and neither will my family.

Ordered a large hot dark roast with extra cream and regular sugar. Doesn't seem like that difficult an order as you just add more cream than you normally do. Label says 5 sugar and 9 creams, but the cup contains plain black coffee with no sugar and no cream. Look, I get it's a crappy job, but you're not being asked to build rockets. Just make the coffee like its ordered.
