such amazing care staff! never a wrong order! love this starbucks!!
The afternoon and weekend staff need to be retrained. We used to come here everyday. The service has gone down hill. Payton at the window today beyond rude. I asked about the Cadbury creame egg frapp. I was told we don’t do that and it’s on the secret menu, no kidding. Again we ordered the ultra Carmel frapp again we got it with the wrong whip cream, I was told so. So I paid for it to be made right I said oh well we are out I was told. Then the window was shut on me.
