The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “Very loud music. Lisa waited on me. I ordered 3 bacon snacks and was told I could get two. I looked puzzled. Then the girl said I can make you another but it will be hot. Ok? Why would they be a problem?
I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
I think it’s great to have this at a rest area but the employees need to be a little nicer.
I mean after all I am a paying customer .
I think DD all over need to stop putting so much ice in the cup so you get 1/3 of the med cup of coffee. I’m not paying for ice.“

“We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!“

“I just wanna take a moment to commend this coffee shop for having an amazing changing table set up for parents. Although I had my own supplies, there were diapers and wipes available to parents and I LOVE that the changing table is in a bathroom accessible to both moms AND dads. My fiancé has so often ran into an issue where they are no changing tables available for dads to access. It’s awesome to see a business consider all parents, not just moms!“
