“I was in Plainfield today and spotted this place and decided to stop by on my way out of the area. What caught my eye was the sign in regard to their coffee being the "Best Coffee Period", but since I had plenty of coffee still in my travel mug, I regrettably did not get a coffee here.Based on the breakfast sandwich I did purchase, I bet the coffee would be great too.My sandwich was a bacon, egg, & cheese on a Portuguese Muffin. I asked for a hard roll but was told of other options they had instead since they didn't have hard rolls.When the woman said they had this Portuguese Muffin, it caught my interest. I asked if it was good and was told yes... She was correct. Actually, it was great!The staff was very nice and made me feel welcome like I was a regular there.When I inquired as to how long it would take to make, she said in a few shakes... I was amazed and impressed at how fast it actually was.I was in and out very fast and the sandwich was made well and tasted delicious.Next time I'm in the area, I am getting a coffee for sure and probably another sandwich too...The staff here is awesome!Thanks...“

“We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!“

“Hubbie and I stopped for a quick breakfast after a 1800 mile trip We were hungry and tired. This Mobil station has a subway and Dunkin’ Donuts inside and we decided on Dunkin’. The coffee is so amazing. We were greeted by Jefferson who took our order and prepared our coffee ☕️. So cordial he is. He prepared our food to perfection. Upon leaving of course I dropped my coffee feeling awful and angry I went inside and ordered another cup. Jefferson remembering me ask me what happened bc he just served me. I was hesitant to admit how clumsy I was but I did. We laughed it off in good humor and Jefferson says,” It’s ok I’ll make you another.” And he did immediately. With no charge. Thanks Jefferson for your peoples’ empathy and desire to work in an area tht can sometimes be difficult. I salute you. Awesome ? customer service. #JEFFERSONDESERVESARAISE“

“The customer service at this location is always top-notch everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Even if there is a wait for food they are apologetic and very kind and they get it to you as fast as possible I have never had a problem with any of my orders being incorrect.“

“Yet another venue which is technically not 100% Vegan, but virtually all dishes are Vegan by default, with a couple of carnivorous options available on the menu. Nevertheless, I give Heirloom a five-star rating. Delicious, nutritious items abound, and having been here now a couple of times, I can confidently affirm that I will gladly make this one of my "go-to's" in the area. “Food was top notch and I mean Top Notch. This is probably the best breakfast restaurant I have been to…the food not the service. Our server was very scattered and acted shocked by some of my, very reasonable, questions. Being my first time there I had many.
The only complaint or statement I would have is how STUPUD it is not to be able to substitute cheese type in an omelet.
That said, the Benedict was the best I have ever had at a restaurant and the eggs were poached perfectly.“
