I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
I think it’s great to have this at a rest area but the employees need to be a little nicer.
I mean after all I am a paying customer .
I think DD all over need to stop putting so much ice in the cup so you get 1/3 of the med cup of coffee. I’m not paying for ice.“

She was nervous, because she needed to ask a manager a couple of questions for school purposes, and the manager (along with another employee) were EXTREMELY kind and helpful! It’s nice to know that such great people are working at this location!“

“I just wanna take a moment to commend this coffee shop for having an amazing changing table set up for parents. Although I had my own supplies, there were diapers and wipes available to parents and I LOVE that the changing table is in a bathroom accessible to both moms AND dads. My fiancé has so often ran into an issue where they are no changing tables available for dads to access. It’s awesome to see a business consider all parents, not just moms!“
