“I never write reviews, but as a busy mom and business owner always on the go, I felt this one was worth it.

Today was my first time visiting this Dunkin, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. Even though they were busy, one employee was changing all the trash bins while another was wiping down tables with sanitizer. When I got to the counter, two employees paused just long enough to acknowledge me and let me know someone would be right with me. I waited less than five seconds before a young woman kindly took my order.

I have a picky eater who loves chocolate-covered coffee rolls, and I didn't see any on the shelf. When I asked if they had any in the back, I expected to hear they were out--but instead, she offered to make one fresh and said it would only take about 30 seconds. She absolutely made my son's day!

I also ordered two frozen hot chocolates. At other Dunkin locations, they're usually pretty plain-- usually a tiny splash of whipped cream and maybe if they feel like it a dab of chocolate but these looked amazing, filled to the top with whipped cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate.

This will officially be my new go-to Dunkin. Working in food service isn't easy, especially dealing with the public nonstop, but the employees here were truly outstanding. Great job!! ❤️😊

(I do you want to note that in the picture it doesn't look like there's a lot of whipped cream, but I took the picture after writing the long review)

“I just wanna take a moment to commend this coffee shop for having an amazing changing table set up for parents. Although I had my own supplies, there were diapers and wipes available to parents and I LOVE that the changing table is in a bathroom accessible to both moms AND dads. My fiancé has so often ran into an issue where they are no changing tables available for dads to access. It’s awesome to see a business consider all parents, not just moms!“

“Great music selection to start off the visit. Then you get to looking at the menu and have to make a hard decision. The Fat Boy was a wise selection for a big guy like myself. I also made the choice to order the Snickers iced coffee. As you enjoy your food there's wonderful country playlist that playing.“

“Best Dunkin around - customer service is awesome! I purposely go out of my way in the mornings to go there!“

“Trevor is by far the baddest worker there. He always makes me the best food and adds his own “special sauce”. Trev once saved my life by jumping out of the drive through window as I was being viciously attacked by this dog Hercules and shot it right there and then to save me. I owe him my life, and wouldn’t be where I am without him. Everyone should truly try to be like trevor.“

“There is this spicy falafel pocket. That is amazing. I'll get it every time I go in there and they do have the best chai tea ever. “I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. She made my husbands cold brew to perfection and my shaken espresso was INCREDIBLE. Most people burn my espresso. She was top notch. Thanks so much Syd!!!“
