The theme is wonderful- very cohesive and transports you.The service is quick and efficient. The longest I've every waited for my food is maybe 15 minutes.If you want bad food don't come here. “Another strange named but excellent eatery in Putnam. When I saw the sign for saw dust coffee I thought of some sloppy carpenter getting saw dust in my coffee or possibly a way to describe coffee with cream, maybe. Well I walked into this place to find a clean, well organized and thought out coffee place with somewhat of a woodworker theme serving great coffee, mixed drinks, pastries and, much to my surprise, a full bar. I asked the workers why is this place named saw dust coffee and no one knew the answer. I guess if someone doesn’t respond here no one will ever know. I plan on coming again and having another coffee served once again without saw dust in it.“
“First time at The Baker’s Dozen and I can definitely say that I will be back! The drive thru line was pretty long when I got there but the staff moved through it all quite fast. I got some breakfast sandwiches for my boyfriend and I as well as an iced latte. I must say everything was delicious! As a born and raised New Englander who grew up basically on Dunkin (and Starbucks) it’s nice to have a coffee shop nearby like The Baker’s Dozen that’s local and serves quality food. Also, if you happen to bring your pooch along for the ride, they do serve pup cups :)“

“Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“
“Love, Love, LOVE this place! I don’t live in Putnam, but it’s worth it to go out of my way for it as a treat every now and again. My dog Lexi was so excited to be there! And I was served by the sweetest girl named Sara- so kind and personable. I look forward to seeing her every time I go there!!!“
