“Had coffee with a friend here yesterday. The vibe is modern farmhouse- SO clean and the outside seating was so appreciated on a beautiful day. (Tables around us has leashed dogs at their feet, so nice!) We both had pumpkin spice lattes (mine with oat milk). Absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to try the pumpkin chai 🥰 The staff was so friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Check it out!!“

“As a celiac family, we are SO glad to have a breakfast option within driving distsnce, and it just so happens to have excellent food and service. We have been multiple times, my son has never had an issue with gluten contamination and we have always enjoyed the experience. “my wife and I were in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. from the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like family. all of the staff treated everyone this way. the food tasted like love was the main ingredient. our server was amazing. the diner itself is very clean. we live an hour away and would gladly drive back for breakfast or lunch. Chaplin and surrounding area is lucky to have this Gem.“

“I am happy that this Starbucks location opened. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The interior is very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The baked goods are delicious as usual and the coffees I have ordered here have always been delicious and thirst-quenching! My go-to drinks have been the White Chocolate Mocha and the Mocha Cookie Crumble.“

“The staff has always been polite and friendly.
Even if there's a long line at the drive-thru, they keep things moving quickly. They are usually the first stop I make once I leave the house. Out of the Starbucks in the area, this one has consistently made the coffee correctly. I don't have any complaints; as I said earlier, they are been my go-to for coffee and a quick snack.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to the front door; everything is on the ground floor. Handicapped parking is at the front door as well. There are no tight or narrow walkways. It is spacious enough to accommodate a manual or an electric wheelchair. I haven't used the bathroom there; I cannot speak to if it's ADA compliant.“

“Plenty of parking, it's inside a little Market Mall. Close to UCONN campus so the service is a little slow but only because the place is usually busy, so ordering thru app at least 15 minutes ahead be your best option 😏
All of the Baristas are pleasant and friendly and it's obvious they're working as hard as they can, occasionally one bumping into the other. So much space for the customer but they need a little more space behind the counter too 🥰

You also can get a more substantial lunch, such as excellent salmon with vegetables, mashed potatoes and a corn bun, from the nearby student union dining.
