Background music was exceptionally loud. We wanted to sit outside because we were unable to have a conversation inside due to the music.
The tables outside had no umbrellas, making it too hot to sit outside.
Staff was polite, but under staffed for volume of customers.

Busy - but the team is rocking it with customer service and apologies for delays. And not for nothing, the hot venti caramel macchiato that I’m sipping is perfect (as was the bagel to go with it). Everyone’s working hard, the cafe is clean, music is great and fortunately the drive through that was very long when I arrived has subsided. Strong work team!
The coffee and food are top notch. The cost however 🤬
