“I had an amazing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Lala and Stephanie! I visited during the morning shift, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, fast, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The coffee was fresh, the donuts were delicious, and their customer service was top-notch. “I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker and pulled around to the window. At the window, I could hear the all-girl crew inside. They were just having a good conversation. Kind of uplifting. They were giggling and having at great time at work, which was nice to see and hear, instead of grumpy people I've gone to at other DD restaurants.
My coffee came out PERFECTLY, and my hashbrowns were cooked to PERFECTION!!

“Coffee’s hot. Tables’ clean. Service professional and quick. Can’t ask for more. If you’re expecting Starbucks it ain’t - not a millennial to be found - that means no obnoxious and entitled coffee drinkers, no demands for bizarre coffee orders - that means no “tall, non-fat lattes with caramel drizzle” or “triple venti, soy, no foam lattes”. No clueless lemmings, who when asked their order, reply “I Donno” and then turn to their friend and ask “Whatta you havin?”“

“The staff has always been polite and friendly.
Even if there's a long line at the drive-thru, they keep things moving quickly. They are usually the first stop I make once I leave the house. Out of the Starbucks in the area, this one has consistently made the coffee correctly. I don't have any complaints; as I said earlier, they are been my go-to for coffee and a quick snack.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to the front door; everything is on the ground floor. Handicapped parking is at the front door as well. There are no tight or narrow walkways. It is spacious enough to accommodate a manual or an electric wheelchair. I haven't used the bathroom there; I cannot speak to if it's ADA compliant.“

“This is a good clean Starbucks with fast service. It's a cool space where one can relax for a few minutes before an appointment or travel. High ceilings and comfortable seating.

Vegetarian options: They will remove the cheese from your Impossible breakfast sandwich upon request.“

“If you like dogs while you’re eating and drinking inside, you’ll like this location. The baristas jump on everyone who walks through the door to put a mask on, but have no problem with people bringing their dogs (of all sizes) inside. Times have changed. I suspect people who aren’t allergic to dogs don’t mind. Otherwise, great Starbucks food and drink, as everywhere. I’m a Gold Card member for life.“
