Coffee Shops near Colchester

“Had coffee with a friend here yesterday. The vibe is modern farmhouse- SO clean and the outside seating was so appreciated on a beautiful day. (Tables around us has leashed dogs at their feet, so nice!) We both had pumpkin spice lattes (mine with oat milk). Absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to try the pumpkin chai 🥰 The staff was so friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Check it out!!“

“Friendly staff which writes personalized motivational messages onto your beverage cups. Clean bathroom and intriguing patrons. Nice artwork relating to coffee adorns the walls. Comfortable seating and lots of natural light. There is a drive-thru but this was not reviewed this time.“

“Kudos to the Sunday afternoon crew. Even though your scanner did not work you held it together and listen to me complain about the useless 6 staff members at The Main Street store.“

“I was here today and the server was a newbie that was apologizing because the man in front of me had a problem with his app order … when she got to me I suggested she take a breath because I’m an easy customer.. she expressed concern about losing her job.. “it’s been a lot of negative things happening.” .. I assured her that I appreciated her being here and she’s doing the best she can… I had my order and everything was perfect.. hot and satisfying… I gave her the elbow and said good job!!!
She smiled and said thanks… I told her she’ll be fine..“

“Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. The first time kids being difficult I thought I was going to create chaos but the staff helped through the process!
Did I mention how awesome the manager was?

“I have been impressed with this Dunkin lately as they are very inconsistent in this area. I generally get what I ask for. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate being yelled at by the drive-thru person "could you pull closer next time?" I am sorry you had to reach a little and wow stellar customer service skills. I get with the mask and barriers our jobs have become more difficult but I too work with the public and would NEVER talk to someone that way! By the way I wasn't that far from the window.“

“We are from DC, and when we travel up to CT, we go there regularly. The people are just as delightful as their drinks! One of the first times I went there I got a hot chocolate and they asked if it was for a child, I said no just me. Assuming the temp is slightly cooler for a child’s- but that is pretty great customer service, to even just ask ahead of time. There fluffernutter lattes are so good- and now canned— I made my dad bring some back down this way! Check them out for sure!!“
