I have been impressed with this Dunkin lately as they are very inconsistent in this area. I generally get what I ask for. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate being yelled at by the drive-thru person "could you pull closer next time?" I am sorry you had to reach a little and wow stellar customer service skills. I get with the mask and barriers our jobs have become more difficult but I too work with the public and would NEVER talk to someone that way! By the way I wasn't that far...read full review

I don't understand how they're out of everything all the time. And it's not just this one it's all the dunkins in the area
